We are gearing up for the ring auction, which will begin on eBay February 1. Auctions will last 7 days, one or two rings will be listed each day, and they will continue on a rolling basis until all of the rings are sold. 100% of the proceeds will go to the GlobalGiving Relief Fund for Haiti Earthquake. Donation distribution is handled by MissionFish, a third-party, non-profit organization.
I will post the start and end date for each ring auction here on the blog, with a link to the eBay auction page. We now have 32 confirmed ring donations, click here to view all that have been posted to date. I will add more as I receive pictures from the artists.
Carrie Nunes has offered her beautiful, dimensional sterling silver rose ring. This ring has sold.
Elizabeth Rosas says of her pretty sterling silver piece, "this ring is cast from a tree bud then soldered on to an adjustable hammered ring band. A 14k gold ball is soldered in the center." The auction for this ring has ended.
Kathryn Cole has given a lovely sterling silver band ring with pierced butterfly motif. This is the 15th ring that Kathryn has made for the Ring a Day challenge. This ring has sold.
And Teresa Smith has donated a sterling silver ring that features a cultured pearl in a gorgeous water cast setting. This ring has sold.
Stay tuned for more rings!
